How do I Order?

We have two simple steps for ordering:

Step 1: Browse the item you wish to purchase or by inputting the keyword in the search file located on the top right of the page, or click on the category list on the top of the page. When you have found the products you would like to purchase, simply click the “Add To Cart” button. You will see these items in your shopping cart now (View cart).

Step2: When you have finished your shopping, simply click on the Checkout button located on the bottom right of the page or at the bottom of your shopping cart. The website will then lead you though the process of providing delivery and payment details.

How long does I take to confirm my order?
Orders which are paid online are confirmed once the payments have been processed or complete but orders which are paid Cash on Delivery will be verified by a phone call by one of our customer service representatives if product(s) are available in stock.

Can I order through phone call?
Although online orders are a more preferred way to order, you can make an order through a phone call. If you prefer to speak to one of our customer service representatives, you may do so by calling +971 425 25 714.
Our opening hours are:
10:00 AM – 04:00 PM
Saturday to Thursday

Can I cancelled or change my order once the order is confirmed?
You can cancel or change your order before you submitted the payment. Usually we process your order once the payment has been confirmed. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. If the item has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel or change your order.
Why would my order be cancelled when I prepared to pay my order?
In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery) Your order will be cancelled and the item(s) returned to our inventory if we, or the courier could not confirm your order with you prior to delivering you the item(s).
How do I check my order Status?
Once we have dispatched your order, tracking information will then be sent to your billing email address, or you may find the tracking information from your account on our website.
What form of payment do you accept?
There are 2 payment methods that we offer:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Credit and Debit Cards
Where can I change my payment method?
Simply email us at support at ONLINE-DXB.COM, stating your order number and your name and you can mention your preferred payment method so we can send you a link which will provide you the way to pay for your order.

Do I get referral fees on all purchases made by the user?
In order to earn a referral fee, the customer must click on the unique affiliate link on your site or marketing material, visit the ONLINE-DXB.COM website, add products to his or her shopping cart and complete the purchase process. The session begins when the customer clicks through your unique affiliate link and lands on ONLINE-DXB.COM website and ends when the first of the following events occurs:
24 Hours elapse from the customer’s initial click-through
The customer places an order for a product
ONLINE-DXB.COM will only pay referral fees on eligible products after order, payment, shipping, and confirmation of no return by the customer as per the ONLINE-DXB.COM
